This is to express my gratitude for the kind help extended by you in helping me get justice from Haier TV  in regards to a Faulty TV set. I had liaised with their head office for quite some time and they were virtually indifferent to my pleas. It was only after I reached out to you and you took it upon yourself to help me out did I finally get the justice I deserved. I really appreciate your patience, guidance and kind help in the same. Its very heartening to know that in this dog eat dog world that we live in, where the common man more often than not is at the receiving end of raw deals and doesnt even have anywhere to turn to, there are people like you who  have as you yourself say and I quote “made it their mission to put a smile on the faces of the consumers” by getting them justice.  God bless you for doing this noble work and championing the cause of the distraught consumer. I purchased groceries and household items online from jiomart. One item was buy one get one free. They deliver only single pc. I contacted customers care of jiomart by email. But result was, no commitments from jiomart and not agreeing the mistake. I contacted JAGO GRAHAK Platform. They done a wonderful work by
