Complaint In Detail:
I went to this customer service centre at 2/5/2017 around 1:43 due to over heating and low battery life issue and as my mobile is out of warranty they told me I have to pay 230 rs for just to show the mobile that \”what is the issue\” which is totally useless and in the mean time the service person didn\’t even open my mobile and just see the price from their computer and write it on my complaint page that asstimate cost is around 2200 . This is really not appropriate things done by the customer service centre and in their challan they didn\’t even mention the charges as\” problem showing \” they write as \”service charge \” which is illegal . I also mailed you the same thing with proof
I need you to take necessary action against fraud activity and fraud charges taken by customer care service .
