Complaint In Detail:
i purchased moto x force mobile on 29.05.2016 solely because the company claimed the mobile to withstand any kind of physical impact and has provided display guarantee. however on 30.03.2017 (within warranty period) the display has collapsed and after i gave my mobile to the service centre they said that because of dent mark on the housing the guarantee cannot be given. my case rests that why did the company mislead me by claiming the mobile to the hardiest in the market and made me pay a whopping amount of Rs. 34999.00 when it cannot stand by its claim . i want my mobile to be replaced or my money refunded as i am feeling cheated as a consumer.
