Complaint In Detail:
Dear Team,
I would like to share my bitter experience with you.Me and my college friend met almost after 2 n half year so went to shalimar on 11/08/2016 we had our veg,non-veg sandwich and pastry which was good but when we asked for water which is usually served in all the restaurants once we sit on table in this place they said we DON’T have water then we asked for one water bottle they gave us one himalaya bottle on which MRP was 55 so we thought ok if they will charge somewhere around 70Rs but when we paid our bill that time we came to know that they charged us 160Rs.for one single bottle and that too without informing in advance usually if we order for something extra we all are aware that we have to pay extra money and waiter also tells that this will cost you so n so amount.I was so shocked that for one single bottle which was of Rs.55 how someone can directly charge 160Rs???? Our we living somewhere out of this space???? then the worst thing when we tried to talk to the reception and F&B manager while cross checking with that staff on phone she said this was pre-informed to them..which was white lie.This means that customers has to keep quite because afterall they all are well trained in giving any type of answers and they can continue this kind of business of making people fool.
