Complaint In Detail:
07-Nov-2015: I ordered 3 Americal Indigo Jeans online from Naaptol.
11-Nov-2015: Requested for Refund, as these products were not justifying with its price and Quality as showed/described in television ad. As per their statement they do not have policy for money refund. I accepted that and also got a Gift Voucher 06-Feb-2016: I was redeeming this Gift Voucher against 2 product online in Naaptol. But in beetween due to technical problem in internet, this online transaction could not be successful. Again tried to purchase by redeeming the same Gift Voucher, it says “You have reached exceeded usage of this Voucher”. From this date (06-Feb-2016) I keep calling/requesting Naaptol to provide a new valid Gift Voucher for online purchase. They just keep promising and logging new requests to provide a new and Valid Gift Voucher. But nothing I am getting to get back my money/voucher. I know I am right, but helpless to reach Naaptol. Requesting please make they know about the importance of Consumer”s faith, which is the key for a healthy Business. And help me in getting a new valid Gift Voucher.
