Complaint In Detail:
I BOOKED ‘ROTI MAKER’ PRODUCT, AND I BOUGHT THIS ROTI MAKER FROM NAAPTOL AND I PAY THROUGH VIA POSTAL PARCEL BUT AS SHOWN ON TV, BUT IT IS NOT AT ALL LIKE THEY WERE SHOWING ON TV. SO I GOT UPSET AND ANGRY WITH NAAPTOL.BUT ROTI MAKER IS NOT ON GOOD CONDITION AFTER USED IT.
SO WHAT CAN I DO. I HAVE SENT COMPLAIN THROUGH PHONE TO NAAPTOL BUT I DIDN’T GOT SATISFIED ANSWER. THOUGH I CANN’T REFUND OR REPLACE THIS PRODUCT NAAPTOL.
I AM VERY VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS CHEATING OR WHAT I DO FURTHER STEPS.
On dated 15 June 2015 I have ordered a product that is ROTI MAKER worth rupees 2398 (TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINTY EIGHT) including shipping/POSTAL charge and I have received the parcel on dated 16th July from local post office Rhenock, it is strange to see that the naaptol company have send me cheap and useless product, immideatly I have lodge my complain to naptol on 16th July on 7 Pm and they have call me me but not satisfied. By professional I am Journalist So please guide and suggest me.
