My parents who are senior citizens ordered 6set of Sarees worth Rs. 2898, while ordering they confirmed with the customer care executive what happens if they dont like the product and the CCE said the company would take the product back without any questions and will refund the money.
So when the product arrives my Mom checked the sarees and she didnt like it as it was very poor quality material it wasnt as it is showed on the TV. We immediately called the CC and asked them to arrange for a reverse pick up. They said they would arrange for a reverse pick in 3-4 working days. This incident took place on 17th June. Its 10th July today and no one has yet come to take the reverse pick up. We keep calling the customer care department every 2 days and they give us the same stupid answers. All the customer care executives are so rude in talking and have no customer service etiquette at all.
I would request everyone not to buy any product from NAAPTOL they have low business etiqutte and not customer oriented at all.
I am formally going to complain about this behaviour on the government websites too.
Please beware of this fraud company, You would end up wasting your time and money calling the customer care all the time.
