Complaint In Detail:
Dear Sir/Mam i have buy a product “Smart Home 43 Pcs Stainless Steel Storage & Serving Set” on 29 July 2014 from Naaptol website having Order Number:- 10055996 and i had to paid Rs 1873 (Discount Price by using Coupon Original Price was Rs.2398) to them by cash on delivery. and after the product reached at my home i have unpacked the Parcel and compare the number of pieces i have got in that parcel with number of pieces showing on the websited and i found that only 27 pieces of the product i have got in that parcel and rest were missing means i hope they have not send the full product so 17pieces were missed. i have call them and told about the matter and they asked about the item that was missed and i have give them the full list of missing product and after that they told me to wait for 48 hours and they will arranged callback from their senior.and after that i have again called them after 2 days when they have not give me any reply.and from that 3-4 times whenever i have called them they asked me about the missing product list and i don’t know what the customer care executive listen they write the 6-7 pieces in the complain. i have again and again told them to make correction of the missing product list but they have not listen to me. and after some days theytold me they have send the missing product by INDIA POST and they have provided me a tracking number i.e. “ED176400244IN”.and i have tracked the product i found that after 2-3 days of despatched the product from their side i found that on INDIA POST website the Product is delivered to “MRS S LILLI” at “Tirunelveli Pettai S.O” on “19.08.2014” i have told them about the matter and they again give me 48hours waiting to get a revert call from their side and after 48 hours they called me and told me the product was delivered ihave told them i have not get the product because my address was for Damanjodi which is in Odisha but the Product was delivered at Tirunelveli Pettai S.O but they have again give me 48 hous to reinvestigate the case and after 2-3days they again told me they have send the product in my address and they give me the same Tracking number”ED176400244IN” after that i don’t know whether the tracking number was true or they give me false tracking number the postmaster called me to receive the product at postoffice and when i asked for the product at postoffice they told me to pay Rs.2398 cash on delivery chage i have refused to pay and i don’t know after that whether the product is return to them or not i called them and said about the matter they again give me 48 hours and after 6-7 days they again told me they send the product in first flight and they provide me a different tracking Number i.e.”D05400027052″ & when i received the product on 8th october agin they send only 3 spoon and one round canister with it’s lid from 17 product they only send me 5 pieces of the product. i have again told them about the matter and the senior executive told me they have send 17 pieces of the product on thw wy there is chance of the product get missing for which they are not resposible.i have asked for refund they told me to return the whole product again due to missing againg and again on the way i have refused to send and told them i want refucnd of only of the missing product Rs.1000 ruppess but they strictly refused me to give refund.. There fore i request you to kindly give attention to my case they a fraud. they cheating with customer.they take the full money and only give the half of the product.they are playing with me nearly from 2 and half months.iwant my refund of Rs.1000 in the form of check please consider and solve my problem.Naaptol is a cheater company.please consider the case. and revert me mail.waiting for your reply.
