Complaint In Detail:
I had placed an order for Blackberry Bold 9000 with naaptol.com. On receiving the handset I found that it was not functioning properly. I wrote several mails to naaptol customer care which was forwarded by naaptol to their dealer Alpha Radio, Hyderabad. I was asked by Mr. Saurabh Shukla of Alpha Radio to send the handset through Blue dart courier under the account of Naaptol. They did not provide me with the company’s code under which it had to be sent through the courier. My calls were not being attended by Alpha Radio for 3 months. Before the expiry of the warranty period of 6 months, I was forced to mail my grievance to Mr. Manu Agarwal (CEO of Naaptol) as neither naaptol nor Alpha Radio was not showing concern in resolving my issue. In one of the occassion someone from Alpha told me that you can knock which ever door but you would not get any help which was reported to Mr. Manu Agarwal in my mail dated 20th November 2012. Naaptol along with Alpha Radio is into unethical business practice and cheat the customers.
They should atleast resolve the issues of 1% customers who raise their voice against such unethical business practice and fraud.
